What if I want to upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, please contact our support team.
Which Subscription Plan fits my needs?
Without an account you get 3 free processings a day; a free account raises that to 5 a day. If you need more, you can upgrade to the Premium plan for just $7 per month, or save 43% by choosing the annual payment option. For more advanced needs, contact us about the Business plan.
Can I also pay yearly?
Yes. If you choose annual billing, the total price of your Subscription Plan will be 43% lower than the total amount you would pay with a monthly payment frequency.
Can I receive technical support when I'm evaluating?

Is my monthly/yearly plan automatically renewed?
Yes, the premium plans are subscription-based and will be automatically renewed.
Do I need to enter credit card details to evaluate?
No, you can use the free plan without entering your credit card details.
What counts as one processing?
Every run of an app or AI tool counts as one processing, no matter how many files are in the batch. In chat apps, starting a conversation counts as one processing and its follow-up messages are free for up to 50 turns. Checking the status of a running task never counts. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC.
What happens when I run out of free processings?
Without an account, up to 2 more processings a day still run: your result is kept and becomes downloadable as soon as you create a free account. With a free account, processing pauses until the next day. Premium subscribers have no daily limit and no time limit on long tasks.
